Port Lincoln High School’s senior Drama production for 2021 – “A Peaceful Night of Chaos” – is on in Week 6!
Members of the public are invited to attend the evening performances from 7:30pm on Wednesday June 2nd or Thursday June 3rd.
Seating at the performances will vary from cabaret and lounge, to Fringe-style casual cushions and beanbags. Soft drinks will be available to purchase and (pre-purchased) tickets will also include an individual snack pack.
Tickets cost $20 (no concessions).
This year’s production is a compilation of short comedic plays and sketches, from 60’s British comedy group Monty Python to Australia’s own Fast Forward team from the 80’s. There is also a short play by absurdist playwright Edward Albee called The Sandbox and a few other surprises – eighteen sketches in total, with thirty students involved from Years 11 and 12.
Students from Navigator College and Cowell Area School are also members of our class this year; we are enjoying their ideas and company immensely.
