Foreshore Fun Run to Finish PE Week

This week saw another busy schedule of physical activities staged to celebrate PE Week for 2018. Each day presented students with the opportunity to participate in a variety of interschool sporting competitions (golf, cricket and touch football) and lunchtime activities (netball, dodgeball, matball and volleyball), and culminated in today’s 3.5km Foreshore Fun Run.

Participants were rewarded for their efforts with a refreshing ice block at the finish line, whilst prizes were awarded to the fastest finishers across several categories (listed below). A celebratory barbecue was staged back at school during lunchtime.

Congratulations to Miss Yasmin Stewart for her organisational efforts throughout the week.
