In Term 1, our Port Lincoln Clontarf Academy ran a competition to design a pair of football boots for Port Adelaide AFL player Jeremy Finlayson to wear during Sir Doug Nicholls Round. We had some great entries; however, it was Year 9 student Tyler Males who came away with the winning submission.
Tyler’s design was built around Jeremy’s journey from the Greater Western Sydney Giants to Port Power, and his strong connection to family, more specifically his connection to wife Kellie and daughter Sophia.
