Port Lincoln High School’s Materials & Services charges for 2019 have been approved by the Department for Education as meeting their guidelines. We are now required to advise our school community that the Governing Council will be ratifying the Notice of Charges process at a meeting on Wednesday October 31st, 2018 at 7pm in the Port Lincoln High School Staff Room.
The legally recoverable “standard sum” will also be decided at this meeting and we extend an invitation to all parent/caregivers to participate. Please RSVP your intention to attend this meeting by 4pm on Monday October 29th, 2018.
In lieu of attendance at the meeting, parents/caregivers/students can express their views in writing to the Chairperson of the Governing Council prior to the meeting.
Notice (1) for Year 8/New Students of $413 includes a voluntary $95 non-refundable Text Book Hire fee and Information Technology Access fee, which is charged for all new enrolments. Notice (2) is appropriate for all other students and is set at $353, which includes an Information Technology Access fee of $35.
