To prospective families, I am very pleased that you have made the choice to investigate sending your child to Port Lincoln High School. Our school, which has been serving the community since 1923, prides itself on catering to the individual student’s needs in education in an engaging and safe environment. Please take the time to investigate the information and visuals on this website and I encourage you to contact me should you have any questions about the program that we can offer your child.
If your child is enrolling as a Year 8 student, we have prepared a separate page with information more specific for you:

Please feel free to contact our office should you not be able to find the information you require.
Mr Greg Barry
This handbook will give families an overview of all of the subjects offered at Port Lincoln High School. Subject counselling takes place in August each year.
Port Lincoln High School is committed to social justice, we therefore retain our fees at minimal levels. There is also the option for families to apply for “School Card” status which acts as a further concession.
A range of subjects attract fees due to the use of resources or excursions. Please consult the Subject handbook or contact our office for this information.
Port Lincoln High School does have a uniform which promotes community, equity and safety. It is reasonably easy to adhere to our uniform and we therefore require students to comply.
Stationery lists are generated towards the end of each year or when a student enrols and selects subjects throughout the year. Stationary varies for different subjects and is therefore unique to each student.
The following list of forms should be completed upon enrolment. This information is required for students to take advantage of various resources such as IT, for medical information and for various consents.
