Adopta-Barra: Term 4 Update


Dear valued adoptees,

We are happy to inform you with exciting news regarding the adoption of your barramundi.
Throughout the entire school year we(Yr 11) the students have been working hard tending to and nurturing your fish with students devoting the entire Friday completing various tasks, surrounding maintenance of our shed and the insurance to produce the highest quality fish possible.

2017 Barramundi Prizes

The main prize is a $100 Voucher @ Seamaster Fishing (31 Bel-Air Dr, Port Lincoln) this prize is for the adoptive parent of the largest fish.

Also a mystery prize for the first fish randomly caught from the tank. The mystery prize is a Fishing Rod & Reel Combo, also donated by Seamaster Fishing.

To ensure you’re receiving the best tasting fish possible we are currently planning on purging your fish next Friday the 3rd of November. Purging is the placement of fish into a high gradient of ice and salt to water with no feeding of the fish.
The following Friday we will be filleting and smoking your fish so they will be ready for collection on November the 10th
between 9:30am-3:20pm


Fish Collection times:

November the 10th between 9:30am-3:20pm
If unable to collect on the 10th come in on the 17th of November
